Interview with Olena: A Story of Integration and Work at InduGroup

– Olena, tell us a little about yourself and your journey to the Netherlands.

I am from Ukraine. I recently came to the Netherlands and actively started looking for a job. I really wanted to find a place where I could be helpful and feel comfortable. That’s how I joined Indu Group.

– What is your role in the company now?

I help establish communication between Ukrainian employees and the company’s management. It’s essential to ensure everyone feels comfortable and to avoid misunderstandings.

– How were you welcomed at Indu Group?

Honestly, I didn’t expect such a warm welcome. They treated me like family here. It’s very touching and important, especially when you are in a new country.

– What do you like most about your job?

I love being helpful, assisting people in adapting, and helping them feel confident. Moreover, InduGroup supports me in learning new things. I grow and develop every day.

– What are your future plans with Indu Group?

I want to continue growing and developing, being part of the team, and helping others. Here, I truly feel in the right place.

– What would you like to say to those looking for a job?
